By combining biometric signals from a paired smartwatch with brief environmental indicators such as noise levels, crowd density, and lighting changes, the app detects patterns that may lead to overwhelm.
Interra provides real-time alerts and insights, allowing users to recognize potentially overstimulating situations early and take proactive steps to regulate their stress.
